In college athletics, the roster is the training ground for the pros. Every rep, every practice, every game builds something bigger than the scoreboard — it builds professionals.
Most people who competed at a high level — in sports, in student government, in theater, in debate, in any arena where the standard was high — don't get to keep competing in college. That doesn't mean the drive disappears. It means it has nowhere to go.
VRSTY is built to change that. It's the training ground for the next generation of entrepreneurs, executives, engineers, and leaders — built on the same structure, discipline, and competitive culture that shaped you, whatever that arena looked like.
Your spring is pre-season training. Your summer is your season. And how you perform is entirely up to you.
From Application to Launch
Here's the path from the day you apply to the day you're running your first crew.
Fill out the Branch Manager application. We're looking for driven people — former athletes, student leaders, anyone wired to outwork the room. Takes about 2 minutes.
5 minutesIf you qualify, we'll reach out within 48 hours to schedule an interview. This is a selective program. We're not looking for everyone — we're looking for the right people.
Within 48 hoursAccepted Branch Managers go through full VRSTY training before launch — sales, operations, crew management, customer service, and financials. You'll know exactly what you're doing before your first job.
Training Plan →Before summer hits, you're already building. Spring is part-time — weekends, free hours — focused on sales, marketing, and territory development. You're lining up customers before your crew ever picks up a brush. Pre-season determines how big your season is.
Part-time · Spring semesterSummer is full-time. You've already built the pipeline in the spring — now you execute. Hire your crew, run your jobs, manage quality, and get paid based on what you produce. Your territory, your results.
Full-time · SummerTop performing Branch Managers earn paths to Senior BM and District Manager roles — managing multiple markets and developing other students. The ceiling is yours to set.
Unlimited upsideThe Full Package
This isn't just income. Every VRSTY season builds your résumé, sharpens your instincts, and puts real experience behind your name before you ever enter a job interview.

Your market. Your crew. Your results. Run it like it's yours — because it is.
BM → Sr. BM → District Manager. A real track record employers and grad schools notice.
What You Can Earn
Your earnings are directly tied to what your branch produces. Here's what that looks like across performance levels:
What You Actually Learn
Forget job shadowing. Forget data entry. Forget taking orders in someone else's operation. At VRSTY you do the real thing:
Door-to-door, face-to-face selling under pressure. The highest-value skill in any career.
Run your own P&L. Understand margins, overhead, and what it actually means to be profitable.
Pay your crew correctly, on time, every time. Real employer responsibilities.
Source, purchase, and manage the tools your business needs to operate.
Schedule crews, manage timelines, handle customers, and deliver on promises.
Act Like an Owner
70% of college students fear AI will take their job.
Here's your chance to punch back.
AI can optimize. AI can automate. AI can process. But AI cannot walk up to a stranger's front door, build trust in 60 seconds, close a deal, hire a crew, and deliver a result that someone is proud to look at every day.
That's what you learn at VRSTY. Not how to take orders in someone else's system — but how to own something. Build something. Lead something.
The students who come through this program don't worry about AI. They're the ones building what comes next.
